Originally, Le Cercle Premier was a cultural club. It was created in Paris in 2013. After many successes, the creation of an association imposed itself naturally. 

The aim of the association Le Cercle Premier is to help actors and creators of art and culture to promote their works or contribute to the education of young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, Public access to artistic and cultural works, and to encourage the encounter between cultures in France and in different countries of the world.

It proposes to writers, musicians and artists – beginners or confirmed – to exchange their experiences and ideas with professionals of the Art coming from different horizons and cultures.

Finally, it proposes to provide humanitarian aid, mainly for international development, to populations in situations of poverty.
